Topaz precast and construction components INC. Is a joint-stock company established in 1998, to manufacture cement based washbeton tiles. The history of company goes back to 1959, when the mother company yurdun was founded by the same partners, as a marble chips producer. In 1999, new machinery to produce precast construction components and terrazzo tiles with newly patented monocapa technology has been installed. Monocapa is a revolutionary technology that enables the production of single layer terrazzo tiles which are thinner, lighter and more durable compared to conventional tiles. With its production facilities in kemalpasa, Izmir, topaz is the first company to start producing 60x60x2.4 cm monocapa tiles in the world.
